Orientation Visit

A familiarisation visit is an integral part of the relocation process so a client can get a true feeling and understanding of the local area before starting a property search. We provide an informative service which begins with a pre-tour consultation to highlight a client’s key requirements and expectations from the day or days spent on location. This ensures that the bespoke visit is focused and delivers optimum results for the client resulting in a more productive property search. The most popular features of an itinerary include visiting local leisure facilities, retail outlets, health amenities and schools when possible.  The visit can incorporate examples of accommodation that will be in keeping with a client’s property preferences as well as information on the local property market. We will even take clients on their new commute to work during ‘rush hour’ to give a true reflection of the actual commuting experience.  In fact anything clients request on their familiarisation visit can be included.

Locality Report

Having initially listened to each client’s individual requirements regarding their move this comprehensive report will be tailored specifically to meet those needs. We understand that choosing the best education for children involved in relocations is of paramount importance for the whole family and we can therefore provide information on the best schooling in the local area.This will include public and private schooling, colleges and universities, complete with performance statistics. Of equal importance is healthcare and we will provide details of the nearest hospitals, GP surgeries, dentists, opticians and pharmacies. The report will also cover local shops, amenities and leisure facilities as well as anything clients feel is important to their relocation. Information on transport links and commuting times are imperative when deciding where to live and our in-depth research means we go the extra mile so our clients don’t have to.
