Home Search

Our extensive local knowledge will assist clients in making a more informed choice when deciding   to renting a home. Integral to the whole relocation process is a successful home search where everything we do is geared towards finding the right property for the client. We independently search the property market using detailed market evaluation to identify properties that meet each client’s requirements until we have a portfolio of properties for the client to view. We will then devise an itinerary for viewings and accompany the client throughout the process and negotiate the best price for them.

We can organise the whole process to ensure the client receives the best deal. This will include negotiating the terms of the lease and providing advice on legal compliance.

School Searches

We will provide the client with the latest statistics and information on schools in their chosen area including up to date reports by Estyn - the office of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales. We can also organise accompanied visits to the schools selected.
