Check In /Check Out
As members of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIPI), meticulous Check in and Check out’s are conducted on behalf of our corporate clients. Our clients will receive thorough inventory reports that will document the condition of the property at the start and end of the lease. We can accompany the client with the landlord, agent or inventory clerk and ensure that the inventory accurately reflects the condition of the property to avoid any disputes and unnecessary claims.
We will also ensure that the final meter readings are accurate and the utility providers notified.

Orientation Visits
